Coconut Raspberry Mint Smoothie
This smoothie is honestly the best refreshing drink you can have on a hot summer day! It’s also really light so you can even pair this with a lunch salad or sandwich and you’ll be able to power through the second half of your work day with ease!
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
A few fresh mint sprigs
1-2 tsp chia seeds
3-4 cubes of ice
Combine all ingredients into your high power blender until smooth, enjoy!
