Recipe Wednesday: Healthy Halloween Apple Bites!

Want a healthy halloween recipe? 

This halloween recipe is so healthy yet fun and guaranteed to make your family and guests stop and gawk at these real looking zombie smiles!


  • Apples (however may you like – start with 2-3 apples and make more if you like)
  • Slivered almonds


  1. Quarter and core an apple.
  2. Cut a wedge from the skin side of each quarter
  3. Press slivered almonds along top and bottom of wedge to resemble teeth

Helpful Tip:

If you’re not going to serve them right away, baste the apples with orange juice to keep them from browning
