Smoothie Tuesday: Peanutty Butter Smoothie!
I may have just discovered my new favourite smoothie. It’s rich, creamy and sooo delicious!
This is especially great after a workout!
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon creamy no sugar added peanut butter
- ½ Cup Almond Milk
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
Combine ingredients in high speed blender and enjoy!
